I stole parts off another tool that happened to have the same size fittings as the furniture tool. The next thing that was truly amazing was that after completeing the job I was able to get the part i needed absolutly free from the parts store. It turns out that earlier today somone had brought in a furniture tool that they had run over and the part i needed was given to me free of charge and undamaged. so yes i will clean your carpet in the rain or furniture.
