Customer service or service customers

I have tried to buy in to customer is always right and i truly believe in giving customers the best job i can. Lateley everyone seems to be out for themselves or what they can get out of someone else. I have friends that will charge their customers every dime they can reguardless of what the job is. If they can get another $100 or $1000 they will wether the job justifies that or not. I also have customers that will try and knock down your price no matter how much work is involved or what the price should be they want half or more off because of the economy or because they are special or what ever. Corporations layoff and fire people based on profits and reguardless of how long a person has been at a job if they can get it cheaper or eliminate the position they will in the name of profit. Well i am terrible at business than because i trust that if you do a good job you should get paid a fair price for what you did. Our parents parents lived by the principles of honesty integrity and keeping your word. A hand shake meant something and people had pride in the word they gave meaning something. Hero has tried to live by these values and we have tried to be upfront about our pricing and our services no secrets no surprises and no upsells even though thats how all the books tell you to suceed. If you like to be slammed with hire prices ad ons and misc bull than there are plenty of companies willing to rake you over the coals for every last dime feel free to call them. If however you are tired of the sell sell sell mentality of everyon out for themselves than try us call us and i assure you you will be plesantly surpised.
