The reason that deal is so cheap is to get you to let that company come in your home with a low offer so as to sell sell sell. if these companies do not sell and sell hard they will be gone bankrupt and out of business. So if you think that you are going to be the exception you are wrong all you are doing is asking to be bombarded by sales pitch after upsell from what may be a never ending number of tactics.
